The Skills Scan is the first stage in Edfolio's Training Model. Why? Because if you're already in a leadership and management role, then you almost certainly already have some skills and strengths. These might be things you have already learned, or they may have been picked up from watching other people and what they do (whether good or bad!).
Rather than provide generic training, Edfolio begins its training with a skills scan to identify your current strengths and areas for development. This enables us to provide a bespoke training plan, unique to you, to help you become a more effective manager.
Each skills scan is measured against the Edfolio 25-point Leadership & Management Skills Matrix, our unique model of leadership and management skills designed to provide learners with the complete management skillset.
