Welcome to Edfolio - we're here to improve leadership and management across the UK.
If you’re a manager, you probably got your job in the tried and tested fashion: you performed well in a more junior role and were picked to lead the team. But were you given the opportunity to develop the skills to succeed as a leader and manager? For many of the UK’s “accidental managers”, the answer is no.
Under-skilled management is holding the UK back. It’s making our economy sluggish, our workplaces unproductive, and it’s making too many managers and their teams unhappy. We need to upskill a generation of managers.
Edfolio is here to help the UK’s 5 million leaders and managers to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours with our new approach and unique value proposition.
We do that in three connected ways: skills scans, training and coaching. Click the links below to find out more about these services and how they can support you and your organisation.
